Wonderful family break ❤️
Great location to Eiffel tower, around 15 minute walk with surrounding cafes, shops and restaurants. Rooms and hotel were beautifully decorated and clean, bed was very comfortable and had a cute view out onto a lovely area. Service was wonderful, all staff were so helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again, thank you 😊

Overall, the stay was very nice and comfortable.
Pros: The property location is excellent, near all the main attractions and a lot of cafes. The view and the room are very nice. The bed was comfortable. The lady and the man during the day shift were very friendly and helpful. The welcoming pastries were such a nice addition. Cons: The toilet was not very clean and the towel was tarnished with something. Also, during the night shift the receptionist was rude and hang up the phone on my sister when she wanted to turn off the AC and needed help with instructions then she had to go downstairs and ask directly for help.
