Clean, quiet for being in the middle of the city.

Pros: Good location Cons: You said in your booking that breakfast was included and then we found out it was not on arrival. That’s your fault of false advertising.

Family & friends enjoyed the stay

Pros: A slightly older hotel but very clean, comfortable with lovely, friendly staff and a good location although a bit of a distance from the Piers, that said it was great value considering other hotel prices in the area. It was actually a perfect base although the area like much of San Francisco has a large amount of homeless people that might be intimidating for some, this is over much of the city so you should not be deterred from staying at Hotel Fiona. To move around the city we purchased hop on/hop off bus tickets that stopped about 10/12 minutes’ walk from the hotel so we used that ove

Elegant cozy safe boutique style stay

Pros: Lovely staff! Perfect San Francisco experience! Excellent safety! I especially love the boutique elegant esthetic theme. We will be coming back!! Cons: Would love coffee out all day in the lobby.

Celebrities only.

The staff was amazing above and beyond. And the Wi-Fi I brought my PlayStation 5, and it was exceptional, I could not believe running a streaming game and I did not have any problems. It was like I was at home. Wired, in.

My stay was made easy, comfortable and pleasant.

Pros: The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The amenities and location were great. Cons: The breakfast could be better
