The building is in a state of repair and our room should have been compensated for the state it was in.
Pros: The hotel is in a great neighborhood. Cons: Our bathroom was gross! Mold on the shower walls and corners. A sloppy caulk job at the base of the shower. The bed was at a physically noticeable angle. No light fixtures in the stairwell, just exposed lights.

Wonderful staff, rooms, breakfast, and location
Excellent customer service, lovely little place. Would definitely stay here again.
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Our Junior Suite was the perfect size for 2 friends traveling together. Loved the robes. Really enjoyed everything about this little hotel. Cons: It just so happened that our travel was during construction; updating the building. It didn't interfere, I just wish we could've seen it when the redesign was complete.
