Wonderful staff, location and city.
Pros: The location is brilliant and the staff were so nice. The rooms are good and beds comfy. Breakfast was lovely too. Cons: The aircon could have been a little better maybe in our room.

Pros: Everything about our stay was exceptional, but what truly stood out was the staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. They allowed us to access our room earlier than the official check-in time, helped us with our luggage, arranged a taxi for us, and assisted with every request in such a friendly and professional way. They even accommodated a special request of mine, which made our stay feel even more personal and memorable. Comfortable and Convenient
It was in a very convenient location for our part of the trip. 5 mins walk to Colosseum and 15 min was to Piazza di Trevi square. I appreciated 2 bathrooms, traveling with a family extra bathroom goes a long way. Breakfast with a view was wonderful. I am glad it was part of the hotel cost, to reduce any surprises.
