ALWAYS A HOTEL WITH A GREAT LOCATION AND FRIENDLY STAFF...
Pros: We like the location of the hotel which is close to the Madison Park and Flatiron district. Easy access to all the transit lines, too. We found out, upon leaving, that we could order a mini refrigerator placed into our room before arrival. That would have been great. Also, the staff provided us with an electric tea kettle, as per our request. Thanks!! Cons: The buffet breakfast is still skimpy. We'd like fresh fruit (no just bananas). Also, having plan, unsweetened instant oats would be nice.
