Check-in is supposed to be possible from 2 pm

Check-in is supposed to be possible from 2 pm. We had to wait 25 min until the receptionist turned up. Nobody answered the phone. The receptionist seemed inconvenienced by the arrival of guests. Or greeting them appropriately. 6 pm no hot or warm water available. Walk-through to back entrance seems to serve as public toilet (not the fault of the hotel though). Will remain our only visit, I guess.

Duschbrause an der Decke total verschimmelt Zugang zum Hotel über einen dunklen vermüllten Hof. Rezeption selten besetzt, sehr unfreundlicher Empfang am 12.9. :-( Möbel extrem abgewohnt. Lage in Friedrichshain sehr gut, einziger Pluspunkt!
