Amazing stay, so comfortable and the staff were amazing
Pros: Comfortable, clean and new Cons: Nothing
2nd Chance on The Chancellor.
Pros: Location, Cons: No tissues in room, said to Louis on second night, the gave me a box of tissues, no bottled water, found out water cooler at end of corridor, not useful if guests have limited mobility, no info on phone re number/icon for calling reception etc, I dialled 0 then tried 9, Louis answered phone, said number 5 is for dialling Reception, no greeting from Staff ie Welcome to The Grand Chancellor, Enjoy your stay, Let us know if you need anything etc, walking to Reception to checkout, Louis greeted me with a smile, I mentioned it was nice to be acknowledged instead of being igno
Really disappointed
Pros: I liked the pool and the spa. Cons: I was disgusted that I paid way too much for the room and I was really really disappointed to find out that I had been talked into paying another $100 for what would have cost $92. Add to that that I was not even given what was specifically stated as part of the package. I didn’t receive any chocolates and I wasn’t given wine, I was given champagne. I got the package because of the chocolates and then when looking on your website I seen that it was not $30 per car for parking, it is $20 so I was lied to by your staff to upsell a room. That’s an appalli
Pros: Location. Cons: Noisy Reception staff not attentive and abrupt. Restaurant where breakfast served was like cafeteria instead of five star restaurant.
Great 8 days exploring Adelaide and the Barossa Valley.
Pros: Central location. Great pool and gym facilities. Cons: Room quite small for executive room.
October here averages 15°C, with around 24 mm of rain across the month.
