Pros: The hotel room was so amazing

Pros: The hotel room was so amazing. The facilities and amenities were clean and working well and latest. It was near some attractions and I walked to the Arc de Triomphe. The lady I found at the reception was very friendly and kind. I forgot her name. Cons: I loved my one night stay there.

We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and even before our arrival when we were exchanging messages. Every team member, from the receptionists to the breakfast and housekeeping staff, contributed to a truly pleasant experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of delicious options. The location couldn't be better, close enough to walk to all the main attractions in Paris, while still being in a peaceful and safe area. And metro station was approximately 10min walk. More than decent service.

Pros: Nowadays, having a bottle of water and a mini-bar with juices available is a real plus. I also appreciated being able to sleep with the window open without being disturbed by outside noise. The staff is very polite and attentive. A very good experience! Cons: The shower sprayed everywhere, but in the end, it allowed me to waste less water than usual :-)
