Wonderful stay
Superb customer service and a comfortable clean room made this stay a fantastic one for us. Only 5 minutes walk to the art museum and 15 minutes walk to the railway station made this a highly convenient location. Zurich itself is a beautiful and safe city to explore.
Good value for money
Nice staff, quiet room, very good breakfast. Good location, easy accessible. The only slightly negative is that there are no restaurants or shops nearby.

Very friendly staff that helped us check in early
The rooms were large and comfortable. The air conditioning in our room was not able to keep it cool inside. Despite staff repeatedly telling us it was working. The setup for the air conditioning is odd as well. We had to leave the curtains open to have air conditioning. Not the most pleasant way to sleep. Also staff was very good at night. However the lady we dealt with both mornings was very rude and unhelpful. Would be a great place in the winter if you did not require a cool room.
