For 1 night tip-top, for longer stays I would choose other hotels in the future
Pros: Rooms, bathroom were very clean and well-maintained. Pool area well-maintained. Breakfast, good selection, nice and accommodating older lady in service. Underground parking.
Cons: ROOM: missing a fridge! Missing water boiling possibility. In the heat, one should have water available in the room or be able to put it in the fridge. Hotel location: in the industrial area outside Chiva, without other dining options except the hotel restaurant. Front desk staff: unmotivated and unwilling to solve problems. Room safe did not work - it took 2 days and countless inquiries from me to find out whe
