Hotel Indigo Denver Downtown - Union Station by IHG

Not impressed. Expected more after reading reviews; tried to book elsewhwhere but other hotels were

Pros: NA Cons: Housekeeping services. Trash wasn’t emptied, Hskpg couldn’t differentiate between towels in the bathroom, Hskpg staff could hardly understand English. Lobby coffee wasn’t monitored; another guest had to inform front desk that coffee dispenser was empty. Initially one of our room keys didn’t work but the Front Desk cordially re-triggered it. Small inconvenience.

Convenient location for Amtrak access

Pros: location was great and close to everything we wanted to see and do. free cookies in the lobby were a nice bonus, but all around it was a nice place. Cons: I made a mistake on the reservation and booked us one day short. So they were nice enough to give us the same room for a night...only they charged me $75 more than what I was paying. At least that's what the lady at the desk said. Then at checkout we find out it was over $100 more and I said "hang on that's higher than what she told me the other day" and she brushed it off and said "yeah that's your rate." Overall the stay was pleasant.

Pros: The room was very clean and the beds were so very comfortable. The location was okay. I had to pay for a Lyft to Conor’s field and i felt like a shuttle should have been provided since I am handicaped and on a budget. Cons: When we checked in the hotel the two young ladies that were there were not very nice. When we checked out the young lady that helped us was really nice. I also had to pay for overnight parking and it should have been included in the price of the hotel stay.
