Pros: Fantastic customer service. Patricia went ahead and beyond to provide us information and was very warm and receptive of us. She allowed us keep our bags before the check-in time. She also told us where we could go sightseeing closeby. It also had a very good shuttle service to the airport. It was prompt and early. Cons: N/A
