Amazing stay and will be back for sure!
Pros: The location was very good. The property was beautifully decorated and top notch. I was very impressed. Cons: Loved everything about it.

Pros: I return every time to this hotel! Exceptional location! Close to many attractions in Rome, 10 - 20 minutes walk away! Very good cleaning service! Good, varied breakfast with an exceptional view
Pros: I return every time to this hotel! Exceptional location! Close to many attractions in Rome, 10 - 20 minutes walk away! Very good cleaning service! Good, varied breakfast with an exceptional view! The reception staff is very okay. A big bonus for us (4 adults and a child under 1 year) was that we could check in earlier and the 2 rooms were on the same floor. Cons: It would have been a bonus if there was a Nespresso-type coffee maker in the room. There is a kettle for making tea or instant coffee.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Isa! The staff was exceptional from start to finish. Danielle was just as kind and welcoming in person as she was when responding to my emails before our stay. The front desk guys were funny, friendly, and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were all polite, neat, and did a great job keeping everything clean. Breakfast was hot on our first morning and very good. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Isa! Cons: While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few disappointments. There was no gym, which was frustrating for those w

It was a very good location for sightseeing in Rome.
Pros: The staff's response is wonderful. Everyone was very kind. It's nice to have this kind of hotel in Europe with a history. There is a supermarket right behind the hotel, which was very convenient for buying souvenirs and drinks. When I go to Italy, I always buy dried porcini mushrooms as souvenirs. They are not often seen in Japan and are light, making them suitable as souvenirs, but surprisingly, there are few supermarkets that sell them, and I always have trouble buying them. This time, I was able to buy them right behind the hotel, which was very helpful. This location is very convenie
