Pros: Die Lage war perfekt alles konnte man zu Fuß erreichen Cons: Klassisches Hotel kein Luxus aber mit morbiden Charme

An old world gem

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of Vienna. Truly an old world gem. The facilities and services reflect its four star rating. The best overall stay of our two weeks in Austria. Cons: The room honor bar was not restocked during our stay. Shower stall had a build up of mold/black gunk in one section (hidden when the door was open and perhaps missed by the cleaning staff); otherwise, the bathroom was spotless. No bathrobes 🙁

Pros: De lokatie is méér dan uitstekend. De traditie en geschiedenis van het gebouw zijn alomtegenwoordig. Alles is uiterst verzorgd en stijlvast. Cons: Het is jammer dat een hotel van dit niveau geen restaurant heeft. Jaren geleden gesloten. Geen plannen voor heropening…

La Chambre ne correspond pas à la demande.

Pros: Nous avons réservé une maisonnette avec deux lits doubles et nous avons payé à la réservation car l’annulation proche était impossible. Une fois le règlement effectué l’établissement nous écrit que il fera son possible pour le deuxième lit ce qui ne correspond pas à notre choix. Donc il faut réserver au nom d’une personne même si on est plusieurs…. Il se trouve que la troisième personne est très grande et que elle a besoin d’un lit double mais ils n’ont rien voulu savoir il a dû dormir dans un lit simple et rien n’a été proposé comme solution alors que c’était notre choix à la réservati
