Nice clean room with a fridge and air conditioning. The big bed was lovely. Great coffee and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you need anything, ask at the reception.

We had a terrible experience
We had a terrible experience. We went to check in for our reserved room at Hotel La Noire at 3:00 pm. After signing in and paying the city tax, the reservation clerk told us our room was not at the property. She had a key, led us out the front door, across the canal to a different street in a seedy neighborhood to a building with a pizza parlor underneath where she pointed our room would be. We said that was not what we agreed to, showed her our reservation on the Expedia site, with the street address of the Hotel La Noire. She said we were wrong and that we had agreed to the change.
