Pros: Good location in the middle of Pasadena. Cons: We got dirty towels, when I went to exchange them I got new ones, which were dirty again.

Flabbergasted.
Pros: That the front desk seems good enough to help me with my refund. Cons: I arrived at the property and the actual condition is significantly different from what was advertised. I didn’t feel comfortable to stay.

The building is a run down property, with no sense of security or comfort. Convenient but alot of red flags to take into consideration before booking. Great staff but hotel isn't stay worthy.
