Pros: Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was good. Clean. Cons: Had a cooling fan which worked well due to the AC was being fixed, but were not able to lock windows

Overall Decent

Overall, good experience. Pros: 1. Just next to Safeway so a great location. 2. On site parking available. 3. Small perks such as water dispenser (which usually is not available anywhere). Free Starbucks drinks, yet limited choices. 4. Small swimming pool and fireplace Cons 1. My AC was not working and I had to adjust with loud portable AC. They just had no other option. 2. Breakfast choice was almost zero. It’s for namesake but that is true almost everywhere. 3. Single bed was too small. I am 5’11 yet my legs would always hang out

The Hotel Lucent is a beautiful "boutique hotel" in the heart of Menlo Park.

Pros: We stayed at the Lucent on two occasions on this trip. The first was for 8 nights, 7/11-7/19. The second was for 2 nights, 7/31-8/2. This property/ parking felt very safe and secure. I am a coffee drinker and appreciated the 24-hour coffee service. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. Safeway is right next door! The location to Stanford Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, was very convenient. Depending on traffic, door to door we could be there within 7 minutes. We did enjoy the quick walk to all the fabulous restaurants and shopping Main Street, Menlo Park. Eve and the entire t

Very Good Independent Hotel

Was pleasantly surprised by the property. Very beautiful internal courtyard with a fire pit and hot tub. Extremely friendly staff and great breakfast.

Sehr laut (Tag und Nacht)

Pros: Das Personal war sehr bemüht . Cons: Die Lage an dem Tag und Nacht mit intensiven Auto- und LKW-Verkehr extrem lauten Camino reale ist ein Albtraum. Es gibt nur wenige Einbettzimmer „nach hinten hinaus“
