Cute hotel and great location but no again!

We were given a room that was too small for 3 adults. As well, the shower was an problem as it was opened at the entrance of the bathroom - the water from the shower would be all over the bathroom floor with only one glass panel preventing the water from pooling around the toilet. After a shower, the entire floor was wet and required extra towels to manage the water. As well, the room was cold and there were insect traps under the bed and behind the safe in the closet. We asked for another room but none was available. The concierge did provide extra towels that were needed and did follow-up o
