Pros: Clean Cons: They charged us for 5 people in a room for 2 people.... Only provided 2 towels, toiletries, and water in the entire room, and the attitude at the front desk was a bit...

It was very good!

Pros: When I asked questions beforehand, I received a prompt reply, and the staff at the front desk were also kind. Cons: I stayed for 2 nights, but on the second day when I returned to the room, it was being cleaned, so I had to wait. It would have been better if I knew the cleaning schedule.

Accommodating staff and good amenities

Pros: The front desk and hotel staff were accommodating. The room featured a heated toilet seat with a bidet. I had no issues with the bed and was able to sleep comfortably. The rooms appear to be soundproof, as I could not hear external noise from outside the building. Cons: Nothing really, though the bedroom lighting could be brighter for us

It is a budget hotel in a quiet and convenient location.

Pros: The location is excellent. About 300 meters from Jagalchi Station. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the subway station. Even with large luggage, it was not a problem. There is a convenience store right next to the hotel, and restaurants, izakayas, and markets are easily accessible. The room had a refrigerator and a large monitor. Cons: I couldn't make detailed temperature settings for the air conditioning with the remote control. I had to go to the wall switch in the room to control the temperature. Pros: The room was very spacious, the hotel staff was helpful, and it has a good location. Cons: The room we stayed in was not soundproof at all. We could hear other rooms chatting, setting their ac, and taking a bath. We tried to sleep and there was constant water sound coming into our room.
