Perfect location.

Pros: Location was brilliant. Room was small but had everything needed. Cons: The restaurant had a very long queue for breakfast so it was easier to go out and find a cafe nearby.

No hotel is more convenient to subway and train access in Tokyo than this well run establishment.

The hotel sits next to the enormous Tokyo Station and can be accessed from station at the Nihonbashi exit without being exposed to rain or snow. Staff was very professional and not hard to find an English speaker. Room was a little cramped but had nice view and very clean with nice shower. Hotel starts on 27th floor of an office tower. Breakfast buffet was outstanding and reasonably priced. A short walk took us to the marvelous East Gardens of the historic Imperial palace grounds.
