The staff were very friendly and helpful even with our very late arrival. Rooms were lovely and toiletries provided were great quality

Too expensive for this quality of accommodation

Great stay in Tokyo

Pros: convenient location, easy to reach all places; friendly staff, facilities are all sufficient. they provide a lot of smaller things at the reception, like free drink, free soup, free face mask and sun creme. Cons: Space is sufficient but can be bigger.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great.

Pros: Comfortable, good size room, easy walk from Tokyo Station Cons: Pillows were hard, but I think that is the Japanese style
