Good enough for a weekend stay in Paris.
Pros: Hotel was on a very, very quiet street....nothing else on the street really. Our room had a big shower. Good location, central to walk to a lot on the Eiffel Tower side of town - right by Rue Cler street and Napolean's Tomb. Hearty breakfast you could pay extra for. Cons: The gentleman who worked the morning shift was not the friendliest, kinda grumpy each day.
Fairly close to everything if you want to be around the Eiffel Tower
