it's so dirty
Cons: I left the hotel because the room was dirty and the bed linen appeared unchanged, with hair and stains on it. I did not feel comfortable staying, and the hotel refused to refund my money despite the poor conditions.
Cons: No one has responded to my message to issue the invoice.
Looks good, price fair, but horrible customer service and our shower never worked.
Pros: The room was large enough for the 4 of us, simple, and as expected Cons: Very unhappy guests. Our shower wouldn't drain so after about a minute of running water it would overflow the pan and we would have to wait HOURS for it to drain down. We found this on arrival (after a 26 hr travel day) and let the front desk know. They said they couldn't do anything and would notify the manager. Two days later, no resolution, no contact from manager, and every employee we talked to said that only the manager could deal with it. No offer of another room, no discount, nothing... We would never
