not very happy with our room

Pros: location is very near the train station and shops Cons: room is very small. cant hardly ooen our luggage’s

Good hotel for the money we paid – nothing fancy, but a good base, when seeing the city.

Pros: Great location! About a 10-15 minute walk from Ueno station, but less than 5 minutes to the closest station which was mostly what we took to get around! Room and bed were small, as are most rooms in Toyko, but we didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep. Concierge was very polite and helpful. Cons: It would have been nice to be able to sit in the lobby area but it was closed off other than for breakfast. Since rooms are so small its always nice to have somewhere to sit in your hotel that isn't on your bed.

Comfortable, spacious and good location

Pros: The 14m2 room was quite spacious and we had two large luggages, two small luggage and various backpacks and shopping bags. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows as well. There was a microwave on our floor as well as an ice machine. The staff were very friendly and were easy to communicate with. The check in and checkout process was smooth and they also helped us with transferring our luggages to another city. Short walk from the Ueno station but the Inaricho station was quite close. Cons: Sound proofing between rooms wasn't so great. We could hear guests from other rooms quite

Pros: Comfy bed and the room size is pretty good. Cons: A bid far away from Ueno station but the location is quiet and supermarket and convenient store just around the corner.
