Hôtel Napoleon Paris

The rooms are outdated and in need of renovation or good cleaning.

Pros: Great location and a beautiful view from the room. Cons: The room was very dusty, and the pillows were too firm. The drinking water was provided in cans or Tetra Pak cartons, but although there were three people staying in the room, water was only provided for two. We constantly had to look for a housekeeper to ask for extra water because the phone in our room did not work throughout our entire stay. We reported the issue to the reception on the second day and asked for it to be fixed, but nothing was done.

Imperial romantic escapade on the Champs-Elysées

Pros: Exceptional location, at the foot of the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysées. Metro 50 meters from the hotel. Very professional, very responsive staff. Very classy Napoleonic style in the room and throughout the decoration. Excellent breakfast Cons: A bit of laxity in the room service (empty shower gel not refilled in 3 days) Random TV connectivity Room was prepared a bit late but the staff reacted perfectly.
