Perfect location, many sights are within walking distance
Perfect location, many sights are within walking distance. Metro and bus are nearby as well. The rooms are nicely designed, with optimal use of space including shelves, outlets, very comfortable bed, great bed linens and shower towels, quiet location (excellent window insulation) and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options. I highly recommend the hotel.

Central location, clean, small but compact.
Pros: Loved the location, the rooms, and the staff. Cons: It was not the staff's fault, but the elevator was broken, so we had to walk up multiple flights of stairs with our luggage

Will not recommend.
Pros: We were assigned rooms on the 3rd floor. The elevator was out of order on the third day of our stay and was not repaired until the end of our stay. This was very disappointing. We were able to change to a room on a lower floor only once, and at the end of our stay, we did not even receive a price reduction. Cons: Problem-solving, including policy.
