Misleading Booking and Poor Management – Avoid This Hotel
⭐ 1/5 – Deeply Disappointing Stay at Hotel Pilgrim, Paris (3 Oct) I booked Hotel Pilgrim in Paris through Stayforlong.com, paying for what was clearly advertised as a Superior Twin Room (£385.17) for two female friends. On arrival, we were allocated a Classic Double, which was entirely unsuitable for our needs. When I raised this with Clara, the hotel manager, I was told the hotel was fully booked, the room was too small for twin beds or a cot, and that no refund could be offered. Her only “solution” was to bring in extra bedding and sleep on the floor— the bedding arrived in poor condition.
