Pros: The staff was very polite and responsive, always offering a bit more than we asked for. Cons: The hotel is not a 4-star hotel. At best it's a 3-star, and it's expensive for a 3-star. The hotel needs a major renovation. A lot of things are broken, there is a bathtub in the room but there is no hot water for it.
