Very good hotel, steps away from central station and the metro, easy access. Room presentation in impeccable conditions... highly recommended.

Poor cost-benefit ratio

Room without windows. Reception was closed, having to wait many minutes for opening. Breakfast, poor. Stay in another one in the same area...

The receptionist was not very friendly, I had to make a transfer because they did not have the means to pay with a card

Terrible experience, the manager kept us outside the hotel, almost 20 minutes, in the middle of the night, exposing us to any embarrassing situation, insisting so much on the doorbell, and calling, when they finally open, the manager responds arrogantly, dirty sheets, clogged shower, hindrance to sleep due to annoying night noises, and to top it off, speaking ill of us, that we never disrespected her.

Good location and very willing service.

We only stayed one night waiting for the next flight. We chose it for its proximity to the Tur Bus terminal. We found the attention very good and they are very willing to help you feel comfortable, but the infrastructure is not very comfortable. The bed mattress had some loose springs and the room lacks natural light and ventilation. Apart from that, everything is fine.
