Lovely hotel, recommended. Very good service and attention to detail.

Would return here as we liked this hotel which is in a quieter part of Costa Adeje. Food in buffet very good, plenty of choices, hot plates and hot food. Waiter service prompt and friendly. Entertainment in evening was ok with piano or guitar in lobby and musical acts in the entertainment room. Boy band was particularly good. All staff were friendly and helpful and we ordered a blanket and extra pillows which were delivered very promptly. Room cleaned well every day, towels changed morning and night. This hotel suits us, we’ve paid a lot more elsewhere and been unhappy. This hotel we highly re

Could be better

Shame they don’t supply complimentary water in the rooms, plus slippers would have been appreciated as nights were pretty cool and walk across cold floor was not that pleasant! We needed blankets on the beds and air con off. The biggest problem was lack of seating in the bar area especially on chilly evenings when it was too cold to use the outside seating areas, just not enough space for customers to sit and enjoy a pre show drink. Our room was kept clean as were all public areas. Plenty of sun loungers. Staff very friendly, buffet food very good…went to both à la carte restaurants but not th

Excellent would recommend

Gardens and pool area excellent, large area overlooking sea, plenty loungers although many reserved early!! Not managed at all. Some overlook adult only infinity pool overlooking the sea, some more beds on a sandy but again overlooking the sea and loads pool area - heated. Few fab Restaurants within 10 mins walk although not many. Loads of restaurants 20 mins walk away. Food at hotel is good although the buffet area is busy. 2 restaurants can book during stay a-la-carte which were good. Not much veggie option though. Very strange lack of sockets in the room. 19 euros per hour if ask to

Highly recommend Riu Palace Adeje - a fantastic hotel!

We stayed for a week over the New Year period, as a family of 7 and enjoyed every minute, despite the unusually bad weather at that time of year. The location of the hotel is perfect. One direction takes you to La Caleta, and the other towards the Bahia del duque (lovely walks/runs along the coast). We were so impressed with how polite and friendly the staff were at the Riu Palace. They made us feel so welcomed and their attitude really stood out from other hotels we have visited over the years. The food at both breakfast and dinner was exceptional, with plenty of choice. The New Year Gala w

Ideal Holiday Hotel

We really enjoyed our holiday here, particularly as we had a whole week of blue sky, sunshine and heat. There are good pools and bars and numerous sun beds to choose from in the sun and in the shade. The pool and beach areas are vast and exceptionally maintained. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious, clean and comfortable with all mod cons and a balcony overlooking the sea facing the sun. Rooms were replenished and tidied daily. The waiters don’t speak fluent English (us Brits are guilty of relying on this) but we received very good friendly service. Drink and wine menus are accessible via a
