Pros: Staff and location, food quality is also good. Cons: Hot water not available

Room stay and location are perfect, except staff behaviour and food prices

Pros: Size of the room is quite good and decently near to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort Cons: Staff is bit rude, they don't even have basic courtesy while talking to guests, particularly for late Check out requests, even when the room is not booked by any guest yet. I don't suggest ordering food from property's own restaurant at basement, as the prices are bit high and even, they charge service tax of 10%.

Worst experience

Pros: It was the bad experience a person can ever had ,, the staff was so rude...Due to emergency we need hot water in morning around 7 ...they were saying that "ab inko yeh chaiye ab vo chaiye" as such we are not paying ....the bathroom was speeling alot as well as the flush was not working... Do not visit this place ever. Cons: Everything need to be better ...not a single thing was okay
