No 5 star experience
This hotel clearly has no bandwidth to be fully occupied. There was no table at the restaurant for 2 days, no slot at all free at the spa, and the bar was overbooked with just two waiters for all tables. Aitor was great for a massage down by the beach, very relaxing! Room service was super friendly, and the room was very clean. Pool staff are confused and not too nice. Overall extremely overpriced for what you get.

Pros: Location, comfort, food. Cons: We stayed four nights. Two nights the room was not cleaned properly.

Pros: Beach access. Children's pool. The concierge and restaurant service was excellent Cons: The room was not located in the hotel building.
