This is a boutique hotel with a limited number of rooms. The location is ideal for Sausalito, next to the ferry with beautiful ocean view and view of the peninsula. The staff are very friendly, and the service is excellent. The rooms are spacious, and the view is gorgeous.
The hotel is a bit quaint but very clean and in an excellent location. I would totally recommend it.
Pros: EXCELLENT location. Right at the ferry dock. The parking was a little expensive ($30 a day) but having a space for my whole visit (4 days) was so worth it because parking in Sausalito is impossible. The hotel is a bit quirky. There are reproduction paintings of old French artists in the hallways, each lit with its own light but that just adds to the old fashioned ambience. The building dates to 1915. Everything was little dated, not luxe, but extremely clean. Comfortable bed. I had a refrigerator, which was not advertised, and that was very helpful. Cons: There was no one at the front de
