Pros: Comfort Cons: I would like to have more pillows and just give the passport on check in

Pros: Very good location - take tram 10 from the airport and it stops very close to the hotel, about 150 meters walk. All the front desk staff were exceptionally helpful in buying tram tickets and giving information about the city. Close to the city center by the same tram 10. Cons: This does not relate to the hotel. The prices overall for the city hotels are on the higher end, so we would recommend staying in the mountains if you have a few days for the same price one can rent an apartment one hour from Zurich to enjoy nature

I have stayed at Hotel Sternen Oerlikon before and look forward to staying there again soon!
Pros: The room was spacious and the neighbors were quiet. The people at reception are friendly and helpful while discreet. Cons: The automatic soap dispenser was difficult to operate - perhaps it should have been replenished. Other than that, everything was fine.
