Just short of terrible

Pros: Not much the location was about it Cons: No hot water, horrible breakfast, having to ask 2 or 3 times to get things done, no control of AC or heat in room....

Pros: Posizione, attaccato a Termini Cons: Doccia fredda, Finestra sopra le cucine! E si sentiva odore anche di notte. Aria condizionata rumorosa.

Pros: Good location very close to Termini station...and that's all Cons: VERY BAD BARGAIN: room is very expensive for what you get: very small room, not practical at all, cheap fittings, cheap breakfast, staff totally indifferent to customers...easy to get a much better bargain in the same location

Avoid This Hotel for Business Travel – No Invoices, No Communication

Pros: The hotel’s location was convenient and close to the train station. It could be an option for a short stay if you don’t need an invoice. Cons: I had an extremely disappointing experience with Stromboli Hotel. Despite sending dozens of messages requesting an invoice, I never received one. Even worse, the hotel completely ignored all my messages and made absolutely no effort to respond or resolve the issue. I was traveling for business and needed the invoice to submit my expenses to my employer. Their failure to provide it put me in a very difficult situation at work and caused serious pr

Pros: Posizione strategica,camera spaziosa e funzionante anche il bagno. Frigorifero in camera. Portiere presente a 24 ore. Cons: Camera parecchio rumorosa. Il cuscino morbido. Il personale é entrato in camera con la chiave senza bussare eravamo dentro -sorprendenti..nonostante abbiamo messo sulla porta la cartona:non disturbare..
