Hotel Teatro

Beautiful property in a great location near Larimer Square and Ball Arena, but unfortunately a problematic stay.

Pros: Enormous room, beautiful property, great location. Cons: Thermostat didn’t go below 74 all night despite being set to 68, so it was extremely hot in the room. I called the front desk and they said nothing could be done until the morning as there are no on site facilities staff, but did provide a fan. Bar/restaurant were closed when I arrived so no wine happy hour and was not able to use my $15 food credit (they don’t allow you to use it on breakfast items for some reason). Perfect location, comfy bed, great employees.

Pros: Ideal location - we walked to and from dinner, bars, and a concert at Ball arena. Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Breakfast at the Nickel was great. The decor of the cafe and lounge was very nice. Cons: Waterfall shower was difficult to manage without getting soaked while setting temp. Also doesn’t it use a lot of water?

Good location; walk to Ball Arena and 2 blocks from 16th Street (where you will want to spend some time). The hotel was clean, and the staff were all very friendly. The room wasn't quite we expected, but it was a nice stay overall.
