Staff were very friendly......the maintenance guys were just so prompt when asked to fix something ..were on it straight away. Lovely relaxing hotel, reception staff were fab....nothing was too much for them, thanks for a lovely holiday THB FLORA.
Lovely clean contemporary complex with great pool , pool bar and great breakfast
Pros: Lovely clean contemporary complex with large pool , pool bar and great breakfast provided . The rooms were modern and clean with a great shower . Great staff . I had no complaints . I would definitely stay again . Cons: Just the walk at night up the hill but easy to get a taxi.
Value for money, great views and breakfast, but age of rooms show
Pros: The views from the pool area are amazing, also lots of facilities, The breakfast is great (except the juices with too much sugar), nice to walk around and a lot to do (just remember it's high up, so lots of walking up or just take the bus that comes every 30 mins or so). Cons: The age of the rooms show, the old door locks that didn't feel to safe, the little rust stains some places, the deep layer of ice in the fridge and the floor that never felt too clean. Also some noise from the staff early in the morning.
Would definitely visit again.

Not pleased this time
Pros: Easy access to all parts top of hill great breeze at night quite night busy during the day the staff are quite helpful as I had for the first time inn my life a problem with bookings and flights from jet 2 normal great service but this time got some really unhelpful people straight at the airport 2 flights no comp just what ever treated very badly.lost £800 over a 5 day period . Cons: Everything ok was on the main road side bit noisy but it’s normal busy time if yr
