Pros: Poco. Cons: Nos cambiaron de habitación al llegar, nos dieron una tipo loft, que en teoría era mejor a la doble sencilla que había reservado. Tenía poca luz, la alfombra estaba sucia, había poco lugar y poco espacio para apoyar las cosas. Mi madre mayor tuvo que dormir en una cama muy baja, casi llegando al piso. Había pocos enchufes y la pileta estaba fuera de servicio.

Pros: Sehr schöne Hotelbar, mit tollem superfreundlichen Barkeeper (Mussa aus Gambia), der eine hervorragende Pina Colada mixt. Cons: Das Rezeptionspersonal ist einerseits (betrifft die weiblichen Mitarbeiterinnen) sehr arogant und wenig hilfsbereit. Die männlichen Mitarbeiter (Jason und Enrico) sind hingegen freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings wurde ein von Ihnen eingestandener Fehler bei Buchung eines "Skip the Line Tickets" das uns € 148,00 sowie einen halben Tag Zeitverschwendung kostete nach unzähligen Diskussionen und Telefonaten nur mit € 70,00 Rabatt auf unsere Rechnung erstattet.

Pros: It was in a quiet part of the city but few minutes walk to attractions. Cons: Myself and other guests came home out insect bites
