My first time at this hotel, I will surely consider booking the next time
Pros: Friendly staff, especially at the front office (Catherine and Davide). Good location, it was walking distance from the metro. Good breakfast with enough variety to choose from. Cons: Not applicable

Cons: I didn't like that the TV in our room wasn't working
Cons: I didn't like that the TV in our room wasn't working. We contacted the reception, but they couldn't help, spent 2 nights without a TV, as the World Cup is on, it was a big disappointment.
