Great stay

Clean, safe, and convenient place to stay! Very close to Metro and bus stations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than other rooms of same type in Paris, which was a nice surprise. It was a bit tricky to figure out the heating in the room and there is not much soundproofing, but these were not big issues. Would recommend staying here!

The property was conveniently located, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The hallway carpets need replacement. The hotel is also dated although functional.

Staff make you leave your one room key with them when they leave. There is no “Do not disturb” sign provided and staff kept knocking at 9am despite requesting they do not do so. The room smelled musty. There were renovations taking place and loud construction began every day early in the morning. The staircase was always occupied with what looked like laundry bags. This was a bit rough.

The room was not cleaned! Stains on the bedding, hair and pubic hair ALL over the floor and bathroom. The extra roll of toilet paper had poop splatter on it. Everything was dusty, stains on the walls and baseboards, even the towels had stains on them. We asked the guy at the front desk if we could be moved to another room and he seemed disgruntled that I was asking. He said he'd have someone clean the room while we were out for the day and when we got back that night, nothing had been done. I ended up having to use one of the towels to clean up the floor and areas where all the hair was. I too
