Cons: The suites' rooms have steps, and carrying suitcases up the stairs is complicated, as well as going down the stairs. When I arrived on Monday the 20th, I carried them up myself. Later, to bring them down, they looked for someone from the tower across the street, but because I asked for it. So, I suggest that this is something you should offer. It would sound different if you said: "Do you want me to carry your suitcases up? Leave them here, and I'll take them up" or I'll bring them down when necessary.
