Best lil Boutique Hotel

Pros: This lil boutique style hotel was excellent. Superb communication before, during, and after my stay. Top notch personal touch and service. Clean room, spacious for Europe, modern, just thee absolute best. Recommend and will stay again when I return to Rome. They put the C in customer service! Cons: I requested reserve now pay when you stay, they charged me 100% for the room 2-3 days before arrival. Dont advertise as reserve now pay later when you arrive at property, Simply say reserve now. Full payment due 72 hours before arrival.

Excellent hotel, close to many attractions and restaurants. Good size room, clean and with all amenities you might need, cofee and tea facilities in the room. Very polite and professional staff who will make you feel wellcome and accomodate for every need you might have and always with a smile.

Great break in Rome

Pros: Great location Cons: We had issues with water leak through air con unit, they had engineers out, but was unable to resolve, they did offer to change our room & them gave us free shuttle to airport.

Pros: The staff is friendly and the room was clean. Cons: Our room was facing a side street so it would sometimes get noisy.
