Pros: Location Cons: The staff was curt, and there was conflicting information about check-in. The hospitality service was lacking, and the common areas downstairs were hot and uncomfortable due to the lack of air flow and cooling.
Amazing staff, clean rooms, will definitely be back
Pros: Clean and friendly staff, amazing location Cons: There were no issues
No Continental Breakfast
Pros: It was close to store and restaurants Cons: I didn’t like the fact that housekeeping came about 3 times open my door without knocking when I was not even close to check out time it was 9:00am
Excellent experience
As a frequent traveler I can say these guys are really good. Hector and Laura with the conference and banquet services are professional, attentive and delivered an excellent experience for our training. Overall the staff is so accommodating and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling or needing a conference room.
Comfortable
