My stay

Pros: Room upgraded. Everything clean and comfortable. Cons: Parking lot a little tight.

Hotel ok for very reasonable costs but invoicing is a mess. -will never go back and cannot recommend

Pros: We checked in a bit earlier and this was no problem Cons: The man at the reception refused to provide a receipt for my payment, telling bthis has to be made by the third parety where we booked. This was booking.com and they never provide receipts - this always at any hotel comes from the hotel. This hotel seems to be an exception and therefore I will not get a refund for the hotel costs from my employer, since I cannot get a receipt from anyone! I also tried again by an online request to the hotel and booking - both refuse! They are not willing to provide a legaly correct invoice/receip

Cons: Being across from the elevator. Noise

Pros: No nos dijeron que tenia desayuno. Ubicación muy buena, fácil de llegar, parqueadero bueno. El personal amable. Cons: En la Habitación hace falta caja fuerte, el aire de la primera alcoba esta malo. Podría mejorar el aseo interno y externo. La piscina se mantiene sucia, no nos metimos en ella por ese motivo.
