Pros: It was clean. The hotel is nice. Cons: I paid for a pool view but when I arrived, they told me there were none available even though I had a reservation for one.

Bad customer service upon checking in.
Pros: Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Cons: Check in was not good. Front desk staff ignored me and another person cut in front of me and was checked in while I stood there waiting. Then my room was not ready even though it was after 4:00 pm. This created an issue and I had to use another guests room to change for an event.
