Beautiful place, fantastic staff and a comfortable stay.

Pros: We were welcomed by Nutan Bhatta on arrival - she was so friendly, approachable and attentive. She regularly checked in with us and offered suggestions and help for my holiday. She was lovely. Hotel itself is fantastic, really smart and clean, great breakfast. Cons: On booking, we expected a spa and gym, but this is currently under construction which we were not aware of ahead of booking. Rooms need some more plugs also.

Pros: The remarkable service from the hotel staffs. Cons: Limited choice of food and quality. Cannot use the swimming pool （they put attractive pictures of the swimming pool at the online advertisement)
