Fire alarm went off three times overnight
Overnight the fire alarm went off three times over the course of 3.5 hours. Our room phone didn’t work so I had to go to the front desk. There was only one employee who wasn’t able to reach anyone from management and a group of very unhappy customers. On checkout the next day, the front desk was very belligerent about any compensation for an unpleasant stay instead of bring proactive for their mistake.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained. It was very welcoming and family-friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, warm, and delicious with a great selection. A special thank you to Margarita Gutierrez for her exceptional hospitality and for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly rate it 10/10.

Great location to Disneyland
It’s a nice hotel close distance to Disneyland. Staff are very friendly. Definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

Can't beat the location and price
I want to be able to give this place 4.5 stars as we only really thought a small handful of things were needed to give it 5 stars. The location, cleanliness, staff, and breakfast were all fantastic. The rooms themselves need a bit of a facelift as they are starting to show some wear and tear. I know this is Disneyland, so they are overrun by kids all the time. However, a few small updates to furniture would go a long way. Ethan at the front desk was great and was friendly each morning when I went down to get my free water. By the end of the trip he greeted me by name. We'll continue to recomme
