Perfect spot to explore the Bay Area
Breakfast was great, nice pool, and a super convenient location for getting to SanFrancisco, Marin, or anywhere in the East Bay
Sub-par
1. On day 2 of my stay, I requested trash and towel service only. My towels and trash were refreshed the next day, which was great. However, they never returned for trash or towels for the rest of the week! Please note I did NOT have my do not disturb door hanger displayed. 2. I walked up and down my floor searching for the ice machine. After 2 passes, I called the front desk and asked where to find ice. I was told ice is located on the 5th and 9th floor only. This is quite inconvenient, however, it is acceptable. BUT there should be some signage or notification to let people know where
Great place to stay
I stayed in this hotel for almost a week; I travel with kids (2-16). All the staff was very kind and helpful. cleaning staff was very attentive and checked in with me every day if any of my rooms needed cleaning. First time visiting San Franscisco, very windy so the pool may have been a little for me, but for the kids it was amazing. Little bar areas and fire pit outside was good to just sit down and have a good drink. Hotel was very close to a lot of stores, even walking distance. If God permits and we every travel that way again, I will definitely stay there again for sure.
OK hotel with horrible parking

This was the single worst Parking design I’ve ever experienced in my . I expect far, far better from Hyatt hotels. The Wi-Fi is very slow with intermittent cut outs. Other than that, it’s what you would expect from a Hyatt house in this geographic area. Hyatt parking fees are becoming highway robbery. People think they’re getting a decent price for the hotel room, but the parking ends up being
