Pros: N/A Cons: Dear Booking.com Management I am writing to formally complain about our extremely disappointing stay at Hyatt House Irvine/John Wayne Airport on August 8, 2026, and to request a full refund due to the unacceptable condition of the room and the lack of response after we reported these problems to the front desk. My family and I traveled from San Diego to Irvine specifically to spend the night and have a pleasant family stay. We chose Hyatt House Irvine/John Wayne Airport expecting the quality and cleanliness normally associated with the Hyatt brand. Unfortunately, this was lit
