Hyatt House Nashville/Franklin/Cool Springs

A bit disappointed with the experience - I booked Hyatt House because I'd stayed there before.

Cons: The key problem was as follows. We arrived at the property and were told they had double booked and so would move us into an adjacent property (Staybridge Suites). The exact reason given was that someone who had been due to check out had wanted to stay longer - don't understand why we would get bumped just because someone else wanted our room (after we had booked it). The alternative property was ok except we were told breakfast was from 6 - 9.30. We arrived for breakfast the following morning at 9am and were told breakfast had finished at 9am. Cons: The hotel cancelled our reservation without informing us upon checking in. They said we are booked by a third party and don’t have any of our information. I’ve been using booking.com for years and never experienced this. I don’t know who drop the ball on this situation. But I’m very disappointed.

Very good hotel with great quality standard for breakfast elements.
